Using this website
NORTHHAVEN presents outdoor sauna design directions and general planning information. Architectural visualisations illustrate an intended aesthetic; they are not photographs of completed customer projects or proof of stock. The website has no online checkout, takes no payment and does not accept orders through its planner or downloadable worksheet.

Before a purchase
Request a written agreement identifying the legal seller, actual product, dimensions, specifications, included equipment and accessories, applicable product documentation, delivery arrangements, installation responsibilities and timing. It should state the full payable amount in Canadian dollars, applicable taxes, payment terms and any other charges. A budget selected in the planner is your preference, not a selling price, estimate or binding offer.

Changes, cancellation and service
Ask for the applicable cancellation, return, change and service terms before accepting a proposal. Do not assume a custom configuration has the same terms as a stocked item. Any manufacturer warranty must be identified in the product documentation. Nothing on this site is intended to exclude mandatory consumer rights or legal warranties that apply to the actual transaction.
