01

Let the instructions lead

Keep the instructions for the actual cabin, heater, controls and accessories together. Their maintenance requirements take priority over general advice. Before the first use, understand the controls, the shutdown procedure and the restrictions that apply to the equipment. If anything is damaged, unfamiliar or operating unexpectedly, stop using it and seek advice from the relevant supplier or a qualified professional.

02

Care for the timber

Use a clean towel on the bench and follow the supplier’s cleaning and drying guidance. Avoid applying an unapproved finish to hot surfaces. Timber changes in appearance with use and exposure, and different products can require different care. Test only the methods approved for the actual material. Keep cleaning products and household items away from the heater and from any clearance zone.

03

Look after the setting

Keep the route to the cabin clear and pay attention to wet or icy surfaces. Maintain access to the door and any service points. Inspect the exterior, drainage and surrounding ground as part of your normal property care. Address a damaged seal, loose fitting or persistent moisture issue rather than covering it with a cosmetic treatment. Ask for the appropriate maintenance procedure when you are unsure.

04

Keep useful records

Save the product identification, purchase documents and maintenance notes. If you need assistance, a clear description and a photograph of the issue can be more helpful than a general request. Do not open electrical components or improvise a repair. This guide does not prescribe temperatures or session durations and makes no medical claims. Use the equipment according to its instructions and get individual professional advice when you need it.
